Do you do Mercedes service plans?
We carry out servicing to Mercedes-Benz service schedules - Service A and Service B. We do not currently offer formal service plan packages, but we can give you a clear price for the service you need and stamp your service book.

Are you cheaper than the main dealer?
In most cases, yes - often by a meaningful margin. We use the same diagnostic equipment, genuine or OE-quality parts, and qualified mechanics, but our overheads are much lower than a main dealer.

Can you handle warranty work?
Independent garages can carry out servicing on cars under manufacturer warranty (Block Exemption Regulation) - having work done by us will not invalidate your warranty as long as the service follows manufacturer specifications.

What about Mercedes vans?
Yes - we look after Mercedes commercial vehicles including Sprinter and Vito. Servicing, MOT (Class 4), diagnostics, turbos and Adblue issues.

Do you work on AMG models?
Yes - we work on AMG variants including servicing, diagnostics and most mechanical repairs. For anything outside our scope on a high-performance build, we will tell you straight rather than take the work on.

Will using you affect my warranty?
No - under EU Block Exemption rules, you can use any qualified garage for servicing without affecting your manufacturer warranty, provided the service is done to manufacturer specification with the right parts.
